This is part of #8364 .

This deals with a raft of random cruft in our markup.

In most cases I've just deleted it, and in a few I've tried to choose better alternatives. I also deleted https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/Window/directories, since apparently it's not supported since Firefox 4 (!).

We should probably also delete https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/InstallTrigger and much of https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/HTML_Drag_and_Drop_API, but I'm not including that here since untangling it is more than I wanted to include at this point.
