I've just done the easy thing of search and delete here. What's missing is to ensure that href is actually documented on the interfaces which include the SVGURIReference mixin:

  • SVGAElement
  • SVGFEImageElement
  • SVGFilterElement
  • SVGGradientElement
  • SVGImageElement
  • SVGMPathElement
  • SVGPatternElement
  • SVGScriptElement
  • SVGTextPathElement
  • SVGUseElement
