Description

Updates guidance on <hr> styling:

  • Removes ambiguous “appropriate CSS”
  • Adds reference to the border-style CSS property

Motivation

To make it clearer what CSS can be used.

@pepelsbey I think this is a good idea, although your addition left me with a few questions. For example, surely other properties such as border-color are also important for styling a line, and it sounds like you are saying these are only useful for styling lines drawn on other elements, not <hr>, which can also be customized in this manner. Also, it was still not clear where you might draw these other lines, so I thought it might be good to clarify.

Anyway, the resulting suggestion might be slightly overkill; let me know what you think ;-)
