Fixes #14416
The PWA apps used to be added to home screen using a little icon in the URL bar. Now it is done using an "Install" or "Install app" icon.
The actual mechanics of different browsers depends a bit on the browser and native launcher. I say less here, just pointing to the menu, one particular example, and a note that you'll have some confirmations to follow.
