This is part of #10402.

MDN has several code style documents:

• Code example guidelines
• General guidelines for all code
• JavaScript guidelines

Plus more for HTML, CSS, and shell code. We should strip down these documents to say, where possible, to use Prettier's style or configure your editor to use Prettier directly.

We should also make it clear that style-only changes are unwelcome and are likely to be rejected.
