Update all browsers versions for MouseEvent API#11848

This PR updates and corrects the real values for all browsers for the `MouseEvent` API, based upon results from the [mdn-bcd-collector](https://mdn-bcd-collector.appspot.com) project (v3.2.2). These seemingly non-standard properties are actually on MouseEvent, and already captured in the data. The only interesting difference is that MouseEvent.pageX/pageY are marked as supported from Firefox 1.5 while the removed entries say 1. Trust 1.5 to be correct as it was recently updated based on mdn-bcd-collector results: mdn#11848

These seemingly non-standard properties are actually on MouseEvent, and already captured in the data.
