This PR removes the irrelevant `tooltipNode` member of the `Document` API as per the corresponding [data guidelines](https://github.com/mdn/browser-compat-data/blob/main/docs/data-guidelines.md#removal-of-irrelevant-features). The lack of current support has been confirmed by the [mdn-bcd-collector](https://mdn-bcd-collector.appspot.com) project (v3.2.2), even if the current BCD suggests support.

Approving but not merging since https://developer.mozilla.org/docs/Web/API/Document/tooltipNode exists and it would be good to remove that first.

This PR removes the irrelevant
tooltipNodemember of theDocumentAPI. The documentation for XUL documents has been removed from MDN, creating a broken link, and many other XUL features have been removed back in Firefox 64.
