Instead of squad forcing a short timeout (119s) that causes frequent
token-wasting retries, set squad's default --wait to 3600s and remove
explicit --timeout from templates. Each platform's bash tool timeout
(e.g. 120s for CC/OpenCode) naturally controls how long the command
blocks, reducing unnecessary retry frequency.
