Steps to reproduce

Open settings, find "Show the mark on unread tabs", set it to off.

Expected behavior

The blue circle showing if a page is unread should disappear, or at least not show up again in case it's set to off.

Actual behavior

That blue circle keeps coming back whenever a tab gets updated in the background, even when it's set to off.
