Steps to reproduce
Sidebery auto-updated for me and after I exit and restart (to have the system auto-update).
Is the right process to just update BEFORE exiting Firefox?
After I restarted Firefox (only to have it update Sidebery and Ublock, not Firefox), not only were my thousands of tabs flattened randomly (as well as panels), recent snapshots also had things flattened.
Only snapshots from before yesterday were not flattened. So maybe the auto-update to 5.2.0.13 (from 2 days ago) is what caused this?
Either way, for those of us heavily using the multi-level nesting this is a nightmare. I will have to go back and re-do all my tab management from yesterday morning snapshot. Thankfully wasn't a workday so only set me back a couple hours.
Actual behavior
Updates flatten tabs and merges panels.
Snapshots that are taken automatically afterwards show some sort of error wherein the Windows do not indicate the tabs. Thus something is broken within the JSON between updates 5.2 and 5.3 and the snapshots continue to have the flattening:

Expected behavior
Updates should not flatten tabs and merge panels.
System
Windows 10
Firefox version
134.0.1
Sidebery version
5.3.0.1
