This PR moves the
\divsymbolmapping from thebasepackage to thephysicspackage, where it comes from in actual LaTeX, and adds\divisionsymbolas well. It looks like the LaTeXphysicspackage uses\divisionsymbol, whilephysics2uses\divsymbol.Resolves issue mathjax/MathJax#3173.
