Since Tusky and Amarok are both out of beta and released on the android and apple app stores I figured it would make sense to have them hyperlink to the appropriate pages to download them.
Add "Apps"
Add link to list of apps
"Various apps are available" is now a hyperlink

The /about page when you are not logged in now has a link to the list of apps. The phrase "various apps are available" is now a hyperlink to the list of apps. I would like a more prominent way to promote their existence to a user who has logged in for the first time but I'm not sure how yet so this will do for now.
