This code adds a new component,
HandledLink, that is designed to replicate the behavior of links utilizing a React component instead of DOM manipulation.HandledLinktakes a few props that are easily wired up via theOnElementHandlerthat goes tohtmlStringToComponents. In this interim state we need both the DOM and React link handling code, but once modern emojis are permanently enabled this code can be removed.
