Hi,

When I make an export, it is downloading the zip. But when I open it, it says “Unexpected end of archive”.

Is there a solution?

How big is the export? It could be that the server cut the connection before the export fully downloaded.

Hi, I am having the same problem. My export is fairly large 1.66GB.
I also got a dialog box saying to insert disk to download

Maybe try some of the other software for extracting the archive, like 7-zip (for win/linux) or The Unarchiver (for mac).
