Describe the bug
Weird parsing of img alt when containing \ and line breaks.

To Reproduce
If you have a \ followed by a new line, it fails to parse the image alt.

Example:

This does not work:
![foo\
bar](https://example.com/image)

This works:
![foo
bar](https://example.com/image)

This also works:
This does works:
![foo\ bar](https://example.com/image)

Tested in all marked versions.

Expected behavior
It should parse.
