Footnote numbering should reflect combined footnotes #202
Description
Currently, when using the 'Combine identical footnotes' setting, subsequent identical footnotes continue to be numbered sequentially. Explanatory text on the settings page suggests that this is required for the existing parser algorithm, so once this has been reviewed and refactored (#121) then we should hopefully be able to make this functionality work more as expected.
