Upgrading to Karaf 4.2.15 (#32) didn't work out and it was not possible to make the instance stable.
This PR contains extra multi-level build layer, where a custom version of Karaf 4.2.0 is build with upgraded org.ops4j.pax.logging version (with latest log4j 2.17.1).
