For a given genome region, identify all the distinct haplotypes, and create a time series plot of haplotype frequencies, similar to time series plots of SNP allele frequencies.

Also possibly allow a stacked view as well as individual lines.

Motivation is to see which haplotypes at a locus under selection are common, how that changes over time, and compare between different cohorts.
