Currently Tags "Save Selection" depends on the current quick search: If I search for a site and select it and then hit save, it will forget about all other selected sites for the tag that are not in the search / quick filter result, which, at least for me, was quite unexpected.

It should not forget the other selections / not depend on the quick search / filter.
