Updates column sorting shows one or more sites out of order on Sites > Manage Sites table #808
Description
Description of Issue:
When you click the Updates column header to sort Child Sites by the number of pending updates, one or more sites is consistently placed in the wrong position (both Asc and Desc orders) instead of being ordered numerically with the rest of the list.
Steps to Reproduce:
Go to MainWP > Sites > Manage Sites.
Click the Updates column header to sort Ascending or Descending.
Observe that one or more sites appear out of numeric order.
