Ignoring one plugin/theme version hides all subsequent versions (counter increases but list is empty) #802

Description

Description of Issue:

After you Ignore a specific plugin or theme version, the badge count and list behave correctly.
When a newer version of that same plugin/theme is released, the Updates badge goes up, but the new update never appears in the table.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Go to Updates › Plugins (or Themes) and click Ignore this update for a pending version (e.g., v1.2.3 of Sample Plugin).
  2. Confirm the badge drops and the item disappears.
  3. When v1.2.4 is released, run Sync / Check for Updates.
  4. Observe:
    Sidebar badge increases by 1.
The plugin is not listed anywhere in the Updates tables.

Expected: Only the ignored version stays hidden; the next version should appear like any normal update.
