Client Info widget contains invalid URLs for Email and Phone #781

Description of Issue:
In the Client Info widget, the links to email and phone are invalid. They currently contain http:// added in between the tel: and mailto: and the actual values.
e.g.:
http://[email protected]
tel:http://555-123-4435
Steps to Reproduce:
Add an email and a phone number to any client.
Navigate to that Client page.
Mouse over or click the Email or Phone icons.
