Test Connection for added Child Sites always tests the non-www URL #751

Description of Issue:
When a Test Connection is performed for a Child Site that's already added to the Dashboard, it will always test the non-www URL, even if the is set to use www.
Because of this, the test will result in: Received HTTP-code: 301 (Moved Permanently)
Steps to Reproduce:
Navigate to Child Sites settings page of a site that's using www.
Click the Test Connection button.
