Currently, we have a separate "Update Settings" button below each section, but there isn't one below the group settings, which creates some confusion. Adding an "Update Settings" button below the group settings will make things clearer.

Optionally, as part of the block updates PR, we have removed some sections, making the settings page smaller. We can remove all individual buttons and provide a single "Update Settings" button at the end.
