Describe the Issue
During the 2hrs active/idle test, there were a handful of instances where service requests were rejected and some service requests were timing out. This was not noticed consistently. Rejects were seen mainly in the beginning of the test and timeouts were seen sporadically over the two hours. Reject/Timeout rate is < 2% over the course of the test.
