Describe the Issue

SUCI Registration with Profile-B is failing due to improper values of decryption parameters sent from AMF to Subscriberdb.
And subscriberdb is failing to decrypt MSIN.

To Reproduce

1. Store Proper Profile-A and Profile-B Keys in the Subscriberdb.
2. Trigger the Registration wit Profile-B.
3. Check that MSIN is getting decrypted and Registration procedure is happening fine.
4. But observing decryption is failing .

Expected behavior

Check that MSIN is getting decrypted and Registration procedure is happening fine.
