  1. fix: version display, external links in Electron, Docker docs 

    - Dockerfile: inject version via ARG APP_VERSION at build time
- CI: pass version as build-arg to Docker build
- Electron: external links (GitHub etc) now open in system browser
- README: comprehensive Docker deployment guide with ghcr.io image
