FE4: Bosses should not drop blacklisted holy weapons in gen 1 #56
Description
Generated a seed with the 0.8.1 executable, had Sigurd with Major Neir. Lombard drops a Helswath, which would be removed in the transition to gen 2.
There's no need to blacklist the gen 1 enemies from having the same holy blood as Sigurd and Quan, but any that do shouldn't be allowed to drop them. Which only applies to Andre and Lombard, IIRC.
