This mod disables the vignette (black stuff around the screen) that appears when you are at low health (1 hp or 1 mask).
Also disables the Fury of the Fallen effect (red stuff around the screen) that appears when you are at low health and with the charm equipped.
You can choose which things you want to enable or disable in the game in Options -> Mods -> DisableLowHealthVignette Options.
