Thanks, things are looking much much better.

Some issues remaining:

• Linting fails, there are some empty lines in the code that ought not be there:
  
• a lot of lines are .5px off-grid, leading to blurry lines, all circles, horizontal and vertical lines should be perfectly grid-aligned
• the gap between the front wheel and the deck is not large enough, all gaps should be at least 2px wide
• the icon feels considerably smaller than bike and motorbike, while scooters are in real life smaller than either, we require all icons to have similar optical volume

Here's my go at fixing these issues, but this does make it so that the handle and the front wheel are no longer fully in line:

I think that's an elegant solution to the problem (id est the handle and the front wheel not being in line), feel free to update the PR with this version.
