Description

After installing and activating this plugin, once a Tabs block is inserted on the homepage, the WordPress Site Editor keeps showing the “Review changes” prompt even when no changes are made.

Expected:
Site Editor should only show “Review changes” when an actual modification occurs.

Actual:
“Review changes” is always displayed when opening the Site Editor, even without editing anything.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Install and activate the plugin.
  2. Go to Homepage and insert the Tabs block.
  3. Save and publish the homepage.
  4. Go to Appearance → Editor (Site Editor).
  5. Do not change anything.
  6. Notice the “Review changes” button still appears.

Expected Behaviour

The Site Editor should only display the “Review changes” button when an actual change has been made.
If no edits were performed, it should open normally without prompting to review or save changes.
