Multi-line Pasting

**Describe the bug**
When pasting multi line content, only the first line can be pasted.


**To Reproduce**
Copy something with multiple lines, try pasting it in a new document (i used nano editor).


**Desired Results**
Paste the whole multi line content.


**Actual Results**
Only pasted the first line successfully and then show unbound key ^J.
