Current Behavior

Poetry runs dependency resolver forever when I run poetry add localstack['runtime']

Expected Behavior

Install should succeed

How are you starting localstack (e.g., bin/localstack command, arguments, or docker-compose.yml)

Can't start it because it failed to install

Environment

- OS: Mac 10.15.6
- LocalStack: 0.14.0
