Use themed icons and add our default icons to the hicolor icon theme. The only thing not updated is the mime type icon which now seems to be obsolete and unused. That will be removed in the next commit
This in now unused so go ahead and get rid of it. This also allow removal of the icon with a hard coded path

Switch all the icons to using themed icons so they can be themed by the users icon theme. In addition remove the unused mimetype handling. This allows us to get rid of one of the icons completely.
