Describe the issue

Since v1.45.0, the Open Preview functionality isn't working. It shows the 'open preview' links but they do nothing. Also the 'LikeC4: Open Preview' command also just fails silently.

If I roll back to v1.44.0 then it works fine.

I'm using an Intel Mac running Sequoia 15.7.2. VSCode is the latest version 1.107.0

I've had a look through whatever logs I can find (LikeC4 extension logs, Extension host logs, etc) and can't see anything useful.
