I upgraded from 1.4.3 to 1.5.0. It seems the first letter of the first word is no longer capitalized.

Expected (behavior in 1.4.3):
TheBeesKnees

Actual (behavior in 1.5.0):
theBeesKnees

I think the case for when this.When == UppercaseStyles.StartOfWord && i == 0 got lost in the change here. Only i > 0 is considered now.
