Unable to create outbound ask order with minimum channel size #402
Description
When I try to create an outbound ask order with a channel size of at least 3M sat, I get an error:
$ pool orders submit ask --auction_type outbound --min_chan_amt 3000000 --amt 100000
[pool] unable to parse order params: minimum channel amount 0.03 BTC is above order amount 0.001 BTC
