The recent update is to add more compatiblity for archlinux laszip2 as they use suffix laszip2. |

laszip_2 include directory sometimes dont have prefix "laszip" when configured with autoconf, this pr make's the project compatible with either /usr/include/laszip/laszip.hpp or /usr/include/laszip.hpp.
