Support arrays / numpy in WASM #1483
Description
We need to implement support for all arrays in the WASM backend.
- compile all array code in integration tests in LFortran / LPython into WASM
- allocatable arrays
- WASM: RuntimeError: memory access out of bounds lfortran/lfortran#658
- ImpliedDoLoop
