Steps to reproduce

I uploaded a PDF file, and try Retrieval testing, it shows error when Score Threshold is 1, if Score Threshold is set to be less than 1, it works：

✔️ Expected Behavior

When Score Threshold is 1, it should response with empty result if not retrieved.
