@pirog I can't replicate these Leia test failures locally. Any ideas?

ssl: true seems to be what breaks things in GHA

@AaronFeledy i investigated this and the issue is a bug in core.

tl;dr is that the scripts/install-plugins.sh passes in dependencies to be ignored and core assumes that dependencies are at least defined in package.json which in mailpit they are not.

I will fix this in core and then the tests should pass here.
