By default sort tags by tagged date in reverse chronological order (unless
--use-semveris used), and then sort commits in chronological order.This way the most recent tags are at the top and then the commits can be read from what happened first to what happened last.
I think this makes the most sense.
Maybe expose options to sort differently if requested.
