CRI: Include pod name and namespace in the CRI pod log directory #73503
Description
This has been previously discussed #58638 (comment), but we haven't got time to get to this.
Given that CRI runtimes (containerd, cri-o) are used by more and more people, it is better to make this CRI change earlier than later.
