Purpose of PR?:
Snyk on kubearmor-client repo, when importing kubearmor/KubeArmor complaints about the vulnerability in github.com/cilium/cilium v1.18.4 imported in kubearmor/KubeArmor. This PR upgrades this dependency to v1.18.6, and some other dependencies.
