Same as issue #38, which is marked as complete.
When you upload an image, that same image cannot be re-uploaded without first uploading a different image. So if someone deletes their most recently uploaded image (intentionally or not) and decides they want to re-upload it to the editor, they must first upload and remove a different image.
Was the previous fix for this removed for some reason? Or maybe it got removed by accident over the 5 years since then? Either way, a fix would be awesome!
