Steps to reproduce

Step 1. Go to "Updates".
Step 2. Press the update button in the top right.
Step 3. Nothing happens.

Expected behavior

When the update button is pressed, either an error message should appear showing why nothing is happening or the update should happen.

Actual behavior

Nothing happens when you are looking for anime, manga or novel updates. No error messages, no indicator for anything. (In my case it stays at "Library last updated: 5 days ago")

Mangayomi version

0.7.1 and 0.7.2

Device

PC - Windows 10

Other details

Version 0.7.0 works without issues.
