This caused summaries like "We need to summarize the top story..." instead of actual news content. - Remove message.reasoning fallback that used thinking tokens as summary - Extend tag stripping to <|thinking|>, <reasoning>, <reflection> formats - Add hasReasoningPreamble() to reject task narration and prompt echoes - Gate reasoning detection to brief/analysis modes (translate unaffected) - Bump CACHE_VERSION v3→v4 to invalidate polluted cached summaries - Add 28 unit tests covering all edge cases
