Bug description

All aircraft appear in the "Military activity" layer with a high alert marker. I have checked the callsigns and 99% of them are normal commercial flights. Perhaps this could be triggered by no flight data being passed from the OpenSky Network apart from speed, alt and callsign?

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to the web UI
2. Enable Military Activity layer

Expected behavior

Only military aircraft being shown
