This mirrors the fix for knative/serving-operator#307
Proposed Changes
- No longer deleting CRD's in the manifest when
KnativeEventingCR is deletedRelease Note
The operator will no longer remove `*.knative.dev` CRD's when uninstalling knative-eventing.
