Create an new CR of KnativeEventing, if old CR Eventing exists #74
Description
As of the coming release of 0.12.0, we change the CRD's Kind name from Eventing to KnativeEventing.
There should be a logic checking if there is old version of the CR Evening existing in the cluster.
If so, create a CR in new version.
